Harry Coumnas’ Encounter with the Ghost of Lord Thomas
Harry Coumnas is a renowned paranologist who has visited numerous haunted places to facilitate his research on paranormal activities and the existence of spirits. Recently, he shared his encounter with ghosts at Bird Casper Theatre in America with the students of the University of Virginia. Harry disclosed information about his numerous encounters with ghosts but called one encounter as the most terrifying.
While recalling what exactly happened, he said, "I had proposed a show to the producer of a multinational company for recording the paranormal activities that existed in Hills to prove the existence of ghosts and supernatural beings. I was granted permission and chose Bird Casper Theatre as the site for my show."
This theatre had been burnt to ashes by Lord Thomas, the owner after the authorities failed to grant him permission for an unauthorized act. As many as one hundred people were burnt alive. It is believed that their spirits are still present in the theatre, and are captured by Lord Thomas. The passerby claimed that they hear horrifying noises and urged everyone to stop visiting the theatre stating that they have never seen a person returning alive from there.

The myths of the locals further excited Harry Coumnas to uncover the stories associated with Bird Casper Theatre. “We were a team of three members that entered the theatre at around 8 pm and discovered the places for camera installation. After quickly installing some cameras, we sat down to investigate the strange activities in the theatre. The activities got creepier as the night progressed. We had two hand-held digi-cams and a voice recorder each in addition to the still cameras that we had set up earlier,” shared Harry with the students.
Harry Coumnas invoked the spirits by screaming out their names, urging them to show up. And, to his surprise, they did and tried to harm him as well as his team members. They saw chairs moving on their own, painting shaking and loud noises that warned them to return but they were focused to unveil the truth. The spirit of Lord Thomas arrived and tried to harm them, throwing chairs in the air and lighting fires.
They all fought bravely against the spirits till morning, and purified the place with the holy water and hung the paintings of Lord Jesus at different places, all across the theatre. They emerged victorious and gathered some important evidence about the presence of paranormal activities and spirits in that place.
The recordings were presented to the producer for verification. Gladly, their show was approved and found a slot in Discovery Channel's show, "Uncovering the Spine-chilling Haunted Places of America."
